· Refund and Exchange Policy
Once the order is placed, it is considered Final . Estimated production time is two weeks , it is automatically processed by our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment. We understand that orders may need to be canceled/refunded during this process; However, we cannot do this for free after a certain point in the order fulfillment.
*The following cancellation/replacement policy must be adhered to:
When canceling the order within Qatar or international orders, this must be done within 3 days , and the amount paid will be refunded within 15 to 30 days from the date of receiving the order with the same original payment method, and the customer bears the bank cancellation fees.
The returning item should be in its original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, or unwashed) and should be sent back within 3 days from delivery date.
*We reserve the right to accept or decline returns and refund requests at our sole discretion. We do not accept applications in the following cases:
- Return/refund is requested after more than 3days have elapsed from the date the item was received.
- The use and damage of the product by the customer, or the presence of perfume smell, or the presence of any traces such as the product of the head covering (sheila), abayas and clothing.
-Incomplete product or partial order
-Fraudulent return/refund request
-The product was an international order after shipment unless there was an error in the order or damage to the product by the company.
-The item is without tags or accessories attached while receiving it (original packaging and clothing tags).
-Perfumes and candles.
-The product must not be worn, changed or washed.
-Any order under discount is neither exchanged nor refunded.
-Product offered for sale/special promotions may not be exchanged/refunded.

Once we receive this request, we will confirm and send a representative to receive the request. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days.
· Shipping Policy & Time
We ship worldwide via DHL. Normally the shipping time is 3-7 working days.
